Our client in the **Travel Industry** is looking for a dynamic, result-driven and solution orientated **Contract and Sales Manager** to join their team.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Expand our network by contracting hotels and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Foster collaboration and mutual growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with hotel partners.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities for our online solutions in Africa.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new hotel partners and market trends.
- Present proposals and negotiate contracts with potential hotel partners.
- Ensure seamless implementation and delivery of contracted services by collaborating with internal teams.
- Address hotel partners’ needs and concerns promptly by providing ongoing support and assistance.
- Adjust strategies as needed by monitoring market developments and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and growth opportunities.

**Experience and Requirements**:

- Proven experience in hotel contracting and sales, preferably with a strong network and connections in the industry.
- Strong drive for growth and achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel frequently, both regionally and into Africa.
- Ability to make decisions on the spot and adapt to changing situations.
- Compassionate and customer-centric approach to building and maintaining relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
