- **Extensive Training Experience**: Proven track record of designing, delivering, and assessing training programs, with a focus on the BPO sector.
- **Night Shift Availability**: Willingness to adapt to night shifts in line with campaign requirements.
- **BPO Expertise**: Comprehensive understanding of BPO operations, customer service processes, and industry best practices.
- **Effective Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and educate trainees effectively.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adjust training techniques to suit the needs of diverse trainees and campaign objectives.
- **Leadership**: Ability to inspire and guide trainees, fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment.
- **Feedback and Improvement**: Regularly assess trainee progress, provide constructive feedback, and refine training strategies.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate training records, materials, and reports to monitor and enhance training effectiveness.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with campaign managers and supervisors to align training with business goals.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with software tools and systems commonly used in customer service operations.
