**Overview**:
As a BI Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, generating insights, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and data requirements.
- Design and develop BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources to create meaningful reports and dashboards.
- Perform thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Continuously monitor and optimize BI solutions to ensure accuracy and relevance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a BI Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Experience with cloud-based BI platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.

Pay: R210 000,00 - R240 000,00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cresta, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
