A high-end luxury hotel is looking for a dedicated and experienced **Director of Safety & Security** to lead and oversee the safety and security operations at the hotel. You will be entrusted with the well-being of guests, visitors and team members, ensuring a safe and secure environment while preserving the integrity of their infrastructure.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in a similar leadership role
- A relevant diploma or degree in management, safety, security, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of: Security protocols and modern surveillance systems, fire safety measures and alarm systems, health and Safety regulations, civil/criminal laws and investigative procedures.
- Strong communication, organisational and administrative skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, conduct training, and develop systems for crisis management and safety protocols.

**Responsibilities**:

- Direct investigations related to theft, property damage, personal injury, and food safety within the hotel premises.
- Manage the hotel's surveillance systems, ensuring efficiency and recommending necessary improvements.
- Liaise with external agencies to meet Health, Safety, Security, and Resilience (HSSR) requirements, ensuring contracts and SLA’s are regularly updated.
- Implement and manage the company’s Safety Management System, with monthly reporting on task completion.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the hotel’s Crisis and Business Continuity Management Plans, including conducting regular training sessions.
- Oversee the Safety, Security, and Resilience Committee, ensuring documentation, actionable points, and objectives are achieved.
- Oversee pest control initiatives, ensuring regular servicing and recommending improvements.
- Ensure fire safety measures, firefighting equipment, and alarm systems are compliant and operational.
