Wix Lister/Administrator & Customer Service Representative
Part time: 8pm-12am
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wix Lister/Administrator & Customer Service Representative. Our client, based in the US, operates an ecommerce platform and requires someone proficient in product listings and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Product Listings Management:
- Add images, descriptions, and other relevant details to product listings on our Wix ecommerce site.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of product information.
- Manage backlinks and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Customer Service:
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide assistance to customers.
- Take messages and relay important information when the receptionist is unavailable.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist in administrative tasks related to product management and customer service as needed.
- Maintain organized records of product listings and customer interactions.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a listing specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms.
- Familiarity with Wix ecommerce platform preferred.
- Proficiency in managing product listings, including adding images, descriptions, and maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Wayfair, or Takealot is advantageous.
