**Minimum Qualifications and Experience**:Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, Commerce, Management or a related field
Minimum 7 years in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a senior role managing multiple locations and teams
**Responsibilities**:
Governance & Compliance: Ensure facility management practices adhere to legal, regulatory, and group governance frameworks.
Operational Excellence: Maintain seamless, cost-effective operations across all facilities, focusing on preventive maintenance, service delivery, and innovation.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a diverse team, including in-house staff and external service providers, promoting a culture of efficiency and safety.
Financial Management: Control operating and capital expenditures while ensuring resources are used efficiently.
Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure a positive experience for tenants and seat rental clients, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of facility-related queries.
