Sales Manager

We are looking for a sales manager to join our dynamic team. You will be

responsible for overseeing a sales team, maintaining current business, growing

and developing new business, streamlining processes to ensure effective

running of sales operations.

Responsibilities.
- Management of sales team
- Manage sales staff by ensuring that sales opportunities are maximized

and turned into sales
- Setting individual sales target
- Ensure conversion rate target met
- Motivating sales team
- Sales administration
- Ensure company markups and profit margins are maintained across

product categories
- Management of complaints
- Manage client relationships
- Manage incoming leads
- Ensure order fulfillment (supplier production) targets are achieved
- Coach sales team on improving their selling skills
- Generate daily, weekly & monthly reports
- Display the values and culture
- Provide guidance to your team in assisting them achieving their target

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Grade 12
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years Management experience in the branding or

printing or signage or promotional industry
- A relevant management qualification will be beneficial
- Driver’s license and own vehicle

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

+ Commission

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Managerial: 3 years (required)

- Randpark Ridge, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Gifts, Clothing, Printing and Signage industry.: 2 years (required)
