**EPC Project Document Controller and Administrator (M/F/d)**: full time - unlimited

**Your Tasks**:
**Objectives**
As the EPC Project Document Controller and Administrator, you will be involved in Renewable Energy EPC projects during their execution phase. Working under the direct orders of the EPC Project Manager within a project, you will be responsible for assisting the project team in various aspects. This includes a strong focus on the management of document and data control procedures through the Project Document Control System.

**Primary Responsibilities**
Document Controlling: Ensure coordination, receipt, and distribution of project documentation to internal and external stakeholders during the project lifecycle.
- Maintain document control for project/projects
- Liaising with the project team to make sure all the documentation is captured, registered and communicated using transmittals as required (Including: Copy, scan, filing and archiving of documentation)
- Liaising with the project team in actively collating all information, test results, reports and any other documents associated
- Championing the use of Dropbox across the project team
- Establishing and maintaining document registers which control both revision status and distribution
- Assisting colleagues with accessing documents through the document management system
- Maintain confidentiality related to sensitive information and terms of agreement
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on project document control performances

**Secondary Responsibilities**
General Project Assistance which includes:

- Creating and distributing Purchase Requisition Forms after approval by the Project Manager
- Assisting the Project Manager and the Project Cost Controller in the processing of invoices (in and out)
- Assisting the Project Manager by compiling and preparing regular internal and external reports (Progress Status, Health & Safety, Environmental, Social)
- Helping the site construction team by supporting on resource and site mobilisation activities, including site setup, accommodation, vehicles, and subsistence

**Your Profile**:
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Matric
- Administration and Document Control Diploma or Certificates in short courses
- Minimum 3-year experience in a similar role at comparable level including proven records in Document Management activities
- Knowledge of document storage platforms and Document Management Systems (SharePoint, DropBox, Procore, etc.)
- Demonstrable ability to work in matrix organizations and to operate in a culturally diverse international environment
- An understanding of the requirements and implications of projects
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, MS Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Detail-focused document organizer abilities
- Team player, detailed oriented and process driven
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

**Desirable Attributes**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience of working within a project, engineering, or construction environment
- Exposure to project management tools and methodologies
- Exposure to contracts
- Excellent communication skills
- Good administrative and reporting skills
- Fluent in Afrikaans and/ or German

**Other**
- Occasional travel may be required in line with business requirements
