Signature Pharmacy and SignatureRx are are leading pharmacy and SaaS platform in the telehealth space. We offer an in-house pharmacy along with an online technology platforms that connects leading private GPs to pharmacies across the country.

The company was founded by Reece Samani who was recently awarded a place on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.

Signature Pharmacy helps thousands of patients a month with on-demand medication delivery across the country and SignatureRx is a revolutionary e-prescription system that facilitates the collection of around 45k prescriptions per month using the latest technology.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a company that is changing the way patients access their prescriptions across the country.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced customer success manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who is charismatic and has experience working with clients to ensure that client requirements are put first and that they are maximising the benefits of our services. You will be talking to private GP clinics and other key clients to help ensure they are making the most of our software and pharmacy services. You will collect feedback and be able to share this with the team to help ensure we can continuously improve the service we offer and the software features.

We want to be able to asses and look at the value customers bring to the business and help ensure we can track usage accordingly.

The customer success manager will be able to support customers on a day-to-day basis and help with onbaring. As the team grows, you will be required to produce training material to assist new employees.

An idea on how ISO 27001 and GDPR works will also be useful as we are required to comply with these key regulations.

This is a remote job as you are working for a UK based company and working hours are 9am - 6pm GMT.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R27,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month
