F&B Manager needed for Restaurant outlet in the Midlands-KZN

Location:Midlands, KZN

Salary Range: R20000 - R25000 Neg

A well establish Mulit outlte property in Midlands is searching for a F&B Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure a consistently high standard of guest service and maximise profitability across all outlets.
- Plan and direct key operations including quality, standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of excellence in guest care, promoting a warm welcome and exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate with all Heads of Departments (HODs) for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Conduct regular meetings with HODs to discuss operational matters, performance targets, and guest feedback.
- Ensure the consistent implementation and review of SOPs across all departments.
- Handle day-to-day queries, complaints, and problems arising in the hotel.
- Drive financial opportunities and create a proactive up-selling environment.
- Conduct Duty Management shifts, fire walks, and Health & Safety audits.
- Promote positive employee relations and regular team communication.
- Inspect departments for service delivery, cleanliness, presentation, and staff grooming.
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance for all hotel premises.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum requirement: Diploma in Hospitality Management; a degree in a related field would be beneficial.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.

**Skills**:

- Strong commercial awareness, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Working Hours**:

- Working hours are based on the hospitality industry norm.
