- Excellent administration skills
- Excellent Excel skills including: Ability to create, sort and analyse large excel sheets, Pivot tables, V-lookups etc.
- Knowledge of fashion brands

**MARKETING**

The duties and responsibilities are those that would normally be attached to the position stipulated above including but not limited to:

- Develop and control seasonal, bi-annual and yearly marketing calendar and templates for effective planning and implementation for brands/accounts assigned based on seasonal buys;
- Manage seasonal marketing brand plans and administration as well as seasonal post-mortems to identify and record effectiveness and efficiency of all marketing efforts;
- Manage seasonal window plan, graphics plan and in-store point of purchase plans based on key product launches and drops;
- Create, control and manage seasonal launch calendar for all in-season launches and key product initiatives to align planning, retail operations and overall business;
- Create, control and manage weekly training memo for all weekly product launches and drops to align planning, retail operations and overall business;
- With Social Media manager schedule and manage social media calendar - acute digital strategy for all key campaigns as well as general releases product; manage, develop and control all product posts and copy, honour and/or adjust brand and/or launch schedules in coordination with any and all digital assets provided;
- Formulate key product training guides for in-store frontline staff and Operations Team to build key expert and technical knowledge in order to improve customer service;
- With Social Media Manager and Gist Counsel, plan and manage digital paid media budgets set out by brands across Facebook and Instagram, and Google Ads;
- Create and manage paid media budget reports that indicate how paid media budget was allocated, the results and data it generated and other key analytics in order to share with brands and together improve decision making;
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay updated on shared product and activity in the market that may have an effect on our own plans and operations;
- Stay up-to-date with key consumer trends based on the industry and market to gather commercial insight and effect current decision making to enhance planning;
- Supplier liaison and correspondence - arrangement and attendance of meetings, maintaining clear and timely communication with brand partners and key account holders regarding any and all information related to the account/brand;
- Analyse weekly reports, sell-though and budgets, to track performance of product and brands, in order to make effective and decisive actions in response to data/analytics;
**E-COMMERCE**
- Coordinate and effect all key product launches and drops on all e-commerce platforms;
- Source relevant product images and digital lifestyle assets with and without brands in order to effect key product launches and drops on all e-commerce platforms;
- Write and upload relevant blog articles related to key product launches and drops on all e-commerce platforms;
- Survey competitor websites to make sure all competitors are operating within standard and suggested parameters within the market.

Assist the Head of Marketing, Buying and Operations departments with any other tasks required.
