Overview:

Your primary focus for this role will be to respond to Customer RFI (request for information) and questionnaires and be the single point of contact bridging the gap between the ARC (Assurance, Risk and Control) team and GTM in the trust and assurance narrative. The role has a secondary focus in assisting in reviewing, evaluating, and making recommendations for the correction or improvement of internal, operational and management control systems and organisational unit performance.

**Requirements**:
You'll need:

- Frontline experience (1-2 years) in at least one of the following business areas; technical audit, trust and assurance, enterprise risk, corporate governance, QA for software development, release management or a certification or attestation lead
- Strong time management and being able to multitask while understanding GTM priorities.
Experience in drafting and/or contributing to proposal (RFPs, RFIs, etc.) responses
- Knowledge of good competency of how a SaaS organisation works
- Experience with the examination or implementation of technical controls, such as SOC 2, SOX, ISO or PCI
- Experience working in an environment that has an external interface with customers or regulators
- Experience with GRC, technical audit or corporate governance function
