Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Experience with office management software
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Strand, Western Cape (required)
