**Requirements**:

- A matric certificate or equivalent
- Experience in accounts administration or a similar role
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Evolve or Automate
- Excellent communication, numerical, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing and verifying invoices and payments
- Reconciling bank and supplier statements
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns and other tax obligations
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Preparing and analyzing financial reports and statements
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned
