Our client is currently seeking to employ an experienced Debtors Clerk to join their team based in Southern Paarl. This is a permanent position with a market-related remuneration package. The Debtors’ clerk will, mainly be responsible for processing and managing of all accounts receivable in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Liaising with Operations Department to ensure timeous processing of all shipping invoices

Customer Relations with relevant finance departments

Appropriate Maintenance of accurate information on Pastel

Processing of customer invoices - local and international

Timeous Distribution of Customer invoices, supporting shipping documents and statements

Debtors Age Analysis

Debt collection

Monthly and Weekly Reconciliations

Timeously resolving Customer Queries

Manage Credit Applications

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Relevant Tertiary Qualification

3 year’s work experience in similar position

Pastel

Advanced Excel Skills

Previous experience in international trade/ Clearing and Forwarding will be to your advantage
