Bilingual Admin- Driven Project Manager

**Responsibilities**:
**Project Coordination**:
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Ensure all project stakeholders are informed of project progress and updates.
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
- Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
**Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and project plans.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
- Manage project budgets and expenses, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
**Communication**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, both internally and externally.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, ensuring everyone is aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Communicate with clients or stakeholders in French as needed, providing updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
**Quality Assurance**:
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
- Monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Solicit feedback from stakeholders to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for enhancement.
**Qualifications**:
- Qualification in Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on administrative support.
- Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Project Management certification.
- Experience working in the construction industry advantageous.
- Knowledge of additional languages besides French and English (advantage).
Must have a valid passport and be available to travel nationally and internationally.
