**Position of the job in the organisation**:
**Principal responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating renewable energy proposals promptly via internal software, MS Word and MS Excel
- Chase inbound sales opportunities to get project information and electricity bills. Conducting high-level lead pre-qualification
- Create user profiles and upload logos for our certified partners on our bespoke software platform.
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally at all times and field calls accordingly.
- Be the liaison between the customer and our internal technical and sales team to ensure communication on the deals is on schedule.
- Maintain contact database and deal accuracy on HubSpot CRM to ensure it is accurate and current.
- Organising, arranging and scheduling sales meetings
- Assist with sales reports
- Co-ordinate inter-department meetings for the success of each deal
- Handling external or internal communication or management systems.
- Credit checks & bill co-ordination training scheduling & co-ordination
- Informing related parties of credit and technical approval and coordinating agreements to be sent out and signed by the end-user/client
- Responsible for sales reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Other adhoc-related sales support duties
- Coordination of terms and conditions of PPA agreements

**PERSON DESCRIPTION**

**Experience**:

- Previous administration experience is essential; running multiple diaries and customer service and sales experience would be a bonus.
- Experience in technology or renewables will be advantageous but optional.
- Experience with multiple software/computer literacy is required.

- Knowledge of ERP/CRM/Software, ideally HubSpot Sales
- Ability to use Google Maps effectively

**Regional Sales Support - What does success look like?**

**By month 3**:
Complete the HubSpot Sales certification course and be able to allocate, manage and process customer leads through the HubSpot Sales CRM platform. Accurately load and submit leads on Unifii. Pay extreme attention to detail to ensure that any quotations we submit are accurate and professional. Confidently pre-qualify sales lead over the phone with the completed sales questionnaire and by using the internet and Google maps. Have a high-level understanding of our holistic solutions.

**By month 6**:
I can successfully coordinate deals with the sales and engineering teams. I can confidently conduct the credit review process independently and provide the necessary feedback. Can confidently respond to customer enquires professionally and coordinate inter-departmentally to give the clients comprehensive commitments and feedback. Have an understanding of the different products we have to offer to our customers. Can generate cash purchase proposals for the sales team and final agreements. Must also be able to edit terms & conditions on agreements successfully.

**By month 12**:
Can successfully lead the sales process from lead into project handover to engineering and projects. Read and understand electricity bills and tariffs.
