**Brand Manager - FMCG**

We are looking for a
**Brand Manager** to join our Marketing Team

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
BComm | Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 3-5 years experience working in the field

**KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**:

- Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a passion for marketing and a strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- Extensive knowledge of business social media best practices and platforms.

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**:
**1. Brand Campaigns**
- Oversee and manage the planning and implementation for national brand campaigns in partnership with a marketing agency and various suppliers and stakeholders. This entails managing various teams and overseeing elements such as digital, media buying, point of sale elements, influencer management, retail partnerships, public relations, Out-of-home, creative concepts, and finance management. Reporting back on campaign objectives, KPI’s and performance.

**2. Digital Marketing**
- Managing and overseeing the strategy, planning and implementation of digital marketing, including across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc.
- Oversee and support content creation across all platforms.
- Manage and Implement Digital Media Buying and performance.

**3. Branding and Corporate CI**
- Serving as the custodian of branding and corporate CI across elements such as retail environment co-branding, store branding, internal communication, merchandise and other elements.

**4. PR & Influencers Management**
- Coordinating and overseeing PR strategy, implementation and events.
- Engage with media on various relevant topics.
- Review and assess potential influencer partnerships, and manage administration related to influencer activities, including brand gifts, product drops, influencer involvement at events, influencer partnerships across the full range of Eskort stores.

**5. Sponsorships, Activations & Events**
- Oversee and manage all elements of the Eskort sponsorship, activation and event strategy. This includes strategic planning of event involvement, event planning and coordination.
- Working with suppliers and internal staff to plan and manage multiple events per month.
- Working alongside internal teams to achieve business goals through activation events.

**6.**
**Branding & Merchandise**
- Management and procurement of branding and merchandise assets. This includes sourcing items and liaising with suppliers to receive competitive quotes and managing production timelines.
- Management of stock levels, maintenance of items and replenishment.

**7.**
**Stakeholder Management**
- Managing reporting and feedback on various activities and functions within the Eskort marketing team.
- Presenting reports to management and external parties.

**8.**
**Store Marketing Management**
- Liaising and working alongside retail teams to drive marketing success within Eskort retail stores.
- Engaging with internal teams to strategise and plan for various marketing activities, including monthly promotions, influencer management, new store openings, product support, digital activity, printing and branding processes.

**9.**
**Finance Management**
- Monitor and manage finance across all sectors, including managing the quotation process, facilitating payments and managing budgets.
