- Service Advisor - Vredenburg, Western Cape
- Our client based in Vredenburg, is looking for an experienced Dealership
- **Service Advisor** to join their service department.**Requirements**:

- Matric Certificate
- Drivers license
- Experience working in a franchise dealership as a Service Advisor
- Pinnacle experience is essential
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong administration skills, systematic and client centric
- Outgoing and not scared for a challenge
- Master service advisor qualification will be an advantage but not a requirement

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and greet customers- Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)-
- Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system-
- Update necessary vehicle details- Prepare quotations- Ensure accurate invoice payments- Full vehicle handover process
- Customer follow ups
- Maintain a high CSI
