Well established company based in Carltonville seeks an Assistant Factory Manager with;
- B.Tech or National Diploma Operations Manager or N6 Mechanical Engineering
- Min 7 years’ experience in a manufacturing industry
- Day to day operational management of the factory
- Planning
- Efficient root cause analysis
- Problem solving
- Training
- Establish and maintain supervisor leadership
- Develop SOP
- Responsible for the quality and safety outputs
- Review production costs
- Product quality
- Modify production and inventory control programs
- Direct preparation of production
- Oversee HR / IR cost records
- Build relationships with Sales and Customer Service Management
- Production repots
- Maintenance management
- Ensure that factory machinery is in good working order

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R35,000.00 - R55,000.00 per month
