Our company located in Blackheath, Western Cape, is looking to employ a new Junior Graphic Designer. We are and established braai and braai accessory supplier and have been in business for over 30 years.

**Junior Graphic Designer Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualise and Design**: Develop marketing material (including packaging concepts) that reflect the brand’s image and product characteristics, ensuring a visually appealing and cohesive look.
- Create **eye-catching graphics** and artwork to enhance packaging designs, ensuring they stand out in store & on shelves as well as on online platforms.
- Set up artwork for print.
- Work closely with **cross-functional teams**, including marketing, production, and product development to ensure packaging designs meet project objectives and timelines.
- Understanding project requirements, timelines and ideas.
- Assisting with Video & Photoshoots
- Producing Social media posts, banners etc.
- 8. Assist brand managers with company social media pages (web, campaign planning & posting)
- Photo editing (Deep etching)
- Staying up to date with design trends
- Collaborating with the team to launch projects/products.
- Be deadline driven and deliver high quality work timeously.
- Continuous focus on development (use feedback in developing plan)

**Junior Graphic Designer Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in Graphic design
- Any work experience as a graphic designer
- Strong knowledge of Packaging Design
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - specifically Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge of setting up artwork for print
- Knowledge of design techniques, such as creating mock-ups
- Time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in Photography/Videography
- Meticulous attention to detail & ability to problem solve.
- A strong & friendly team player
