This position is part of the_ Service Department _located in **_Gauteng_**_ _and will be remote & onsite.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Design and develop product specific training on various Chemistry/Hematology/Immunochemistry equipment.
- Delivery of technical and customer training to internal and external customers
- Provide customer training on new and existing product technology.
- Application support to customers and engineers

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Qualified Medical Technologist with a proven experience track record
- N. Dip Medical Technology or B.Sc. Biomedical, B. Med Sciences or equivalent

o** **Experience in Chemistry/hematology/ Immunochemistry essential.
- Train the trainer or equivalent certification
- Experience in laboratory management and student training
- Proven experience in the full training cycle i.e., needs analysis, curriculum design, training delivery and evaluation.
- Proven experience on Beckman Coulter Chemistry/hematology/ Immunochemistry analyzers
- good understanding of Chemistry/hematology/ Immunochemistry principles
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- High level of computer literacy
- Highly organized and ability to multitask.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for work.

This job is also eligible for 10% on Target bonus/incentive pay.
