An Auditing practice in Paarl is currently looking for a dynamic individual to manage a small audit team. The position will be seen as a second in charge to the department head and will work closely with the other department heads.

**As an Audit Manager, duties will include**:

- Supervising and managing a small auditing team (i.e. providing guidance, training, and feedback);
- Liaison with clients to answer queries, obtain relevant auditing information etc.;
- Ensuring that audit activities are in compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations;
- Developing an audit plan that includes objectives, scope, and procedures, and ensuring that the plan is executed efficiently;
- Preparing audit reports that summarise findings, conclusions, and recommendations;
- Reviewing the work of auditing clerks to ensure that it meets established standards and guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years’ relevant experience (practice experience advantageous);
- BAcc Hons with SAICA clerkship;
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills;
- Must be bilingual - Afrikaans and English;
- Draftworx knowledge is preferred.

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Honours (preferred)

**Experience**:

- auditing: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Afrikaans (required)
