**Who We're Looking For**:
The Bay Hotel with the majestic Twelve Apostle Mountain range as a backdrop and the Atlantic Ocean less than a minutes’ walk away, in the heart of glitzy Camps Bay has a position for a Traffic Manager to join their team of extraordinary people.

We’re seeking a well-presented and knowledgeable individual with a proven track record as a Traffic Manager. You should be adept at problem-solving, thrive under pressure, and have a deep understanding of how to engage with high-quality guests and staff. **What Is Required**:
The Traffic Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of operations across various departments. Their primary purpose is to oversee and coordinate the movement of tasks and projects within the hotel or resort, ensuring that all activities are executed on time and meet the desired quality standards. This role is essential in optimizing operational efficiency, enhancing guest satisfaction, and supporting the overall success of the hospitality establishment.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Traffic Manager or in a similar role within a marketing environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and ensure project success.
- Familiarity with project management tools and marketing software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, trends, and best practices.
