Leaading international company is looking for a **Systems Analyst with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent and at least 4-6 years’ experience **working with information technologies and systems analysis. It is a **hybrid position**

The purpose of this role is to implement, maintain, and support IT and information’s systems to meet the business needs of organizations and scale as the company grows. This includes completing evaluations of hardware and software by analysing and creating tests, as well as developing specifications and requirements for developers to follow.

**Responsibilities**
- Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
- Develop, analyse, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
- Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
- Manage the set-up and configuration of systems
- Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
- Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms
- Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of information systems to meet the business and user needs
- Develop new ways to add more functionality to systems
- Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
- Draft and implement instruction manuals for systems
- Consult with Managers to determine what role the systems play in the business
- Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent
- Running training sessions and workshops on system processes
- Preparing costs and benefits analysis on systems
- Structuring and prioritising business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval

- Strong computer, hardware, and software skills
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
- Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with database maintenance and administration
- Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages
- Excellent analytical skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Strong problem solving capacity

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R40,000.00 - R55,000.00 per month
