**Responsibilities might include, but not limited to the following focus areas**:

- **Customers**
- Ensure quick turnaround time for all customers (internal & external) regarding quick quotes, specification sheets and information flow.
- **Financial**
- Check on customers credit status before releasing orders and ensure deposits and payments on cash deals are actioned before releasing orders/deals (Quote Checking)
- Ensure 50% < GP is achieved on all deals and good decisions are made on buy out products
- **Administration**
- Quality checks to be completed to ensure no information is missed and GP's are achieved
- Ensure sales tickets are completed in the required timelines based on business requirements
- **Operations**
- Internal support to sales team (BDM’s), namely quick quotes, quick pricing, specification sheets and information flow from internal hub
- **People**
- Ensure effective and efficient communication with external stakeholders / integrated stakeholder relationships.

It can be expected of you to perform other duties assigned to you by your manager, which may not be stipulated in your job description.
