- Previous experience in a receptionist role

- Professional appearance and demeanor

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and friendly attitude
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it's tidy and presentable
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide general administrative support as needed
