CNC Mechanical Technician

Looking for a CNC Maintenance Technician for one of our clients in Alberton. The salary range is 10,000 monthly. Brief description of the vacancy: - Troubleshooting machinery breakdowns or malfunctions, identifying the cause, and repairing or replacing malfunctioning components
- Performing preventive maintenance tasks such as lubricating machinery or replacing filters
- Installing new CNC machinery as needed
- Monitoring equipment performance to ensure that it is operating efficiently and within safe tolerances
- Performing basic troubleshooting tasks to identify problems with machines
- Maintaining work orders
- Performing basic electrical work such as installing wiring to control motors or sensors
- Repairing and maintaining equipment such as lathes, mills, grinders, drill presses, saws & surface grinders, - Execute planned preventative maintenance
- Maintain machines & equipment
- Manage and execute job cards efficiently
- Must have reliable transport and a valid driver’s license. Possess a working cellular device with a decent camera. Reporting back to management with proof of job completion. Experience required. Min 2 years as CNC maintenance technician on CNC & NC machines - Proven maintenance experience. Proven experience in routine maintenance. Proficient in the use of hand and power tools. Ability to disassemble and reassemble machines, equipment, or devices for repair Qualifications required: - Matric
