**Job Advert Summary**:
This role is designed to support the PPS Advisory Services and Enablement sales force. The focus of this position is to provide support to the Financial Advisor and service PPS Financial Advisors and members with processing of new business.
The role handles queries and services relating to new and existing business. The individual is responsible for performing a variety of tasks. Precision and consistent work output are essential, requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete tasks.
The successful incumbent will be responsible to deliver and provide great support in the Financial Advisory space by delivering an exceptional servicing function. The individual will have the ability to operate under pressure and work in a team environment. There are deadlines and pressures associated with various deliverables in a sales environment that lead to a pressurised situation. The Advisor Consultant is required to be able to function under pressure, they are required to be efficient and maintain professionalism at all times. They need to be able to demonstrate eagerness to problem solving at all times.
**Minimum Requirements**:
**Formal Qualifications**
- Matric
- Finance Diploma advantageous
**Experience**
- 2 to 3 years customer administration and servicing experience
- Basic knowledge of the Financial Services Industry would be advantageous
- QA compliance
**Knowledge and Skills**
**Knowledge**
- Knowledge of the PPS product range
- An understanding of the Insurance industry
- Operational understanding of advisory services
- Understanding and proficiency in PPS IT systems

**Computer Literacy**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- QA compliance for completeness not captured into Intouch by the advisor according to the current checklists
- Scan documentation and rename the scanned files not uploaded into Avalon by the financial advisors
- Create client on Avalon - create and link the client if required
- Conduct medical reporting follow-up at least 3 times a week
- Act as a single contact point for the advisors with regards to new business and servicing/queries as it pertains to new business
- Act as a secondary source in arranging service appointments for advisors for existing clients
- Update Excel production spreadsheet until a suitable IT system is in place to enforce track performance
- Act in a virtual support role to assist the advisors nationally
- Process Doctor invoices - create a workflow for doctor payments
