**Introduction**

Our Client, a leader in the agricultural equipment sector, is seeking a young, driven, dynamic, energized individual to join their team of professionals as the Technical Manager at their offices in Boksburg.

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**
- Specialize specifically on the products.
- Render support at dealer level to technical departments.
- To oversee the correct assembly and repairing of the implements as per specification.
- Assist with customers and employees with parts requirements and technical information.
- To assist our Representatives to promote and sell equipment.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- At least 5 years’ experience in the Agricultural Mechanisation Industry.
- A Technical Degree with background on Agricultural machinery will be to your advantage
- Knowledge of various farming practices and techniques will be to your advantage.
- An aptitude towards customer liaison.
- Organisational skills
- A POSITIVE outlook on life, a self-challenging nature, and high levels of ENERGY are required.
- The internal drive to succeed, regardless of the obstacles.
- Self-discipline to work without supervision.
- Natural leader
- Must be able to take initiative
- Inquisitive mindset with a strong focus on problem solving.
- Be able to speak and write both Afrikaans and English fluently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Boksburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
