Junior IT Technician

We are looking for a Junior IT technician to join our team. You would need a minimum of 1 -2 years experience working with multiple clients networks with multiple technologies.

You would need to be fluent in English and Afrikaans with good writing and grammar skills in both languages.

**Requirements for this position**:

- Strong desktop troubleshooting experience with a proven ability to display your troubleshooting logic.
- Strong network troubleshooting experiencing dealing with WiFi, Routers, Basic TCP/IP.
- A base understanding of Windows Server management and Active Directory.
- A solid understanding of Microsoft 365 Business, with proven experience in managing Office 365 environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Assertive without being arrogant.

**Technical Qualifications**:

- Comptia A+
- Comptia N+ / Cisco CCENT / Cisco CCNA
- Microsoft qualifications - Assessed on presentation
- Comptia Security+ (Advantageous)
- Diploma in IT or higher (Advantageous)

This position would suit a person that is able to think quickly, act swiftly and work to improving the company, our goal is a positive work environment with happy clients.
