HR SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

LOCATION: BOKSBURG

CONTRACTUAL- 2 YEARS

My client is a well-established manufacturing company situated on the Eastrand is looking for a strong HR & Systems Specialist to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Data Management
- Ensure the smooth implementation of WORKDAY from Project planning, roll out and implementation
- Ensure data integrity and seek to resolve queries timeously and accurately.
- Act as Human Capital interface with Head Office
- Experience working with integrated HR information systems.
- Global exposure is essential
- Operational support to the HR Team on day-to-day requirements in the following areas when required:

- Transformation
- Human Capital
- Recruitment and Selection
- Employee Engagement
- Industrial Relations
- BBBEE
- Learning and Development
- Performance Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Matric
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in HR Management or similar.
- Min 3- years’ experience in a similar role working in a manufacturing environment.
- Must have good solid experience with processes and systems
- Must have SOLID experience with WORKDAY.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: R30,000.00 - R38,000.00 per month
