Oversee the daily workflows, schedules, and assignments of security staff including security guards, reaction officers and technical work, ensuring that the client receives the committed services on time, within budget and with the right level of quality.
- Matric, PSiRA Grade B or A, Drivers license, firearm competency, computer literate.

1. Develop, and supervise directly reporting staff, including the transportation of security officers and ensure posting is done on time.

2. Ensure the implementation of security policies and procedures in the operational environment.

3. Overseer the tracking of vehicle and all related documentation that would accompany drivers when they return from patrols.

4. Monitor and control the use of company resource e.g. Vehicles, radios, Sefeko devices etc.

5. Be responsible for investigations, collect evidence and compile relevant reports to be submitted to Stakeholders.

6. Establish and maintain respectful and good working relationships with all staff.

7. Establish and maintain appropriate systems to monitor, evaluate and report on all operational areas.

8. Ensure compliance & adherence of personnel to cover duties, individual instructions for each post; attendance; use of security equipment; dress standard; training etc.

9. Ensure that shifts are sufficiently covered.

10. Perform checks on sites to ensure officers are delivering quality service.

11. Discipline security guards and officers in case of transgressions.

12. Provide leadership and vision in your area in terms of security operations.

13. Ensure the posting of Security officers take place and leave is managed accordingly.

14. Ensure that all site security requirements are adhered to and that the Client’s needs are met at all times.

15. Communicate with relevant stakeholders professionally.

16. Coordinate with management on time-sensitive projects to ensure group success.

17. Address all day-to-day Operational Security Requirements as stipulated in the relevant Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the company customers.

18. Ensure that HR/IR policies and procedures are in place and observed in your area of operations.

19. Create a culture of teamwork and not working in silos.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
