In order to ensure further growth of our food business in EMEA, we are currently looking for an experienced Coordinator on a 1-year contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
As an experienced Coordinator, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Provide administrative support to various Audit Delivery Managers (ADMs) located in Europe and Africa. Support ranges from updating and maintaining auditors’ profiles to processing auditors’ expenses.
- Schedule audits for clients located in various European countries.
- Capture data in internal and external databases.

QUALIFICATIONS

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of administrative or customer service experience
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to autonomously coordinate and administer different tasks
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite
- You have a positive, can-do attitude.
- You carry out your role with empathy for your colleagues and clients.
- You are an efficient and effective communicator and stick to NSF’s turnaround times.
- You turn problems into solutions.
- You are proactive and do follow-up so that others don’t have to.
