Job brief

League is a full-service digital agency specialising in website design and development for enterprise customers. We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team and lead the management of key client accounts.

**Responsibilities**:
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for the following duties:

- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute custom website design and development projects and campaigns.
- The Senior Account Manager plays a crucial role as a liaison between the project managers and the client, fostering clear communication and proactively managing client expectations to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them in collaboration with the internal teams.
- Negotiate budget and prepare cost estimates for website design and development projects.
- Obtain financial and contract approvals from clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell existing services to drive revenue growth for key accounts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bring new ideas to clients to help them stay ahead of the competition.
- Lead negotiations and contract renewals with clients.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management of website design and development, focusing on delivering results..
- Demonstrated experience in managing and growing client accounts with a track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- A proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Experience and understanding of website design and development concepts for enterprise customers.
- A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
