Job Summary:
Our client seeks a strategic Initiatives manager/Junior management consultant to join their team to play a crucial role in long term strategic project delivery internally and externally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Experience in strategic projects or management consulting.
- Solid experience in project management, stakeholder management and strategic planning.
- Research ( critical focus area), system design, stakeholder engagement and project management rollout.
- Drafting project scope and deliverables and implementation.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business related or a related field.
- Project Management qualification would be an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent Research and data analytics skills.
- Able to work independently without supervision.

- Role requires travel between SA Head Quarters and group offices in Rwanda.

Pay: R420 000,00 - R450 000,00 per year
