Established in 1995, we are an Entrance Solution company dedicated to supplying high-quality automatic sliding, swing and high-speed roller doors as well as manual revolving doors and strip curtains, primarily in the Western Cape. **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE.**

We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organisation’s operations at every level. In addition to overseeing the daily workings, you will be planning, managing, implementing, and executing schedules to ensure that deadlines are met, and maintaining a high-quality standard and delivery.

You will report to the Directors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager with industry experience or knowledge to add value to our internal Team through leadership and to our clients through exceptional communication and service.

We will give you the role, the responsibility that goes with the role and a fair degree of autonomy to execute on the role. You will come with the intent and the desire to run the business as if it were your own.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.**

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated person who is comfortable working with a small team to deliver exceptional service to our clients and drive our business forward. You will lead the Team by example. This role is operational and business development focused.

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT- Reviewing all current processes and making recommendations / improvements to ensure a consistent level of service is maintained and client expectations are exceeded.

BUSINESS GROWTH - Identify opportunities to cross sell / upsell to existing customers; reactivate past customers, identify new customers / close deals; build alliances & partnerships that would be mutually beneficial.

TEAM LEADERSHIP - Lead the Team in all daily activities to deliver on orders, projects and deadlines. Assist the Team in growing professionally and personally through regular 1-2-1’s and implementing development plans aligning with company and individual goals.

COMMUNICATION - Internally to Management and staff and externally to clients, suppliers and other interested parties to ensure that communication flows about status, updates, challenges etc.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Overseeing that all work is completed to standard and deadline.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE - The ability to communicate site requirements and specifications with our clients and technicians. Electrical knowledge with an understanding of automation is critical.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT - Ensuring that work is costed and billed correctly and that general running costs are monitored and controlled.

**QUALIFICATIONS.**
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager with technical knowledge or a similar role (in the same industry) with at least 7-10 years of experience.

**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R28,000.00 per month
