**Corporate SHERQ Practitioner**

**Purpose of this role**:

- To coordinate, monitor and support the implementation of SHERQ ISO Management Systems and ensure continued retention of certification.
- Maintains the Responsible Care accreditation and be the company liaison with CAIA.
- Consolidate and release management reports to Group as well as well as regulatory bodies.
- Conducts the internal ISO Management audits in line with the guidelines.
- Coordinates all regulatory audits.
- Custodian of the internal and external customer complain process.

**Core Deliverables**:

- Implement, maintain, and improve SHERQ support aligned to the company’s strategy.
- To report accurately and punctually on SHE performance and incidents, non-conformance, risk, and quality.
- To verify data received, to conduct analysis and identify trends in order to compile the required SHERQ reports Evaluate, audit and report.
- To monitor, evaluate, audit and report on the SHERQ Management System, as well as ISO standards.
- To maintain the Responsible Care accreditation
- Track and manage the internal and external customer complaints Governance and compliance.
- To collate and release all regulatory and Group reports.
- To provide guidance and support for SHERQ related queries.
- To support in disseminating and communicating SHERQ initiatives, SHERQ information, and performance to business.
- To coordinate the carbon footprint tracking program

**Qualifications**:

- Business Management degree or technical degree or equivalent backed by specialist SHERQ program certificates.
- ISO Auditing or SHERQ IMS auditing
- 5 to 7 years demonstrated SHERQ systems management experience.
- 3 to 5 years demonstrated ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 experience
- 3 years demonstrated experience in processing of large data volumes and converting into trends and exception reports.

v SAMTRAC Certification or NEBOSH Certification

v Lead auditor registration

v Mining SHERQ administration or experience advantageous

v Safety management degree
