**Primary Objective**:
To book qualified leads into an appointment with our Account Executives

**Job Outputs/ Responsibilities**:

- Cold Calling to book meetings for the Business Development Team
- Utilizing scripts to provide information on business related products/ services
- Answer incoming calls from prospective clients
- Consultative approach to asking questions of the prospects
- Notate customer’s personal information and call outcome accurately
- Collaborate with Sales Team
- Working together with the Client Relationship Manager and Events Team on OB Campaigns
- Contribute to registrations for events to include event invitation into regular or assigned call tasks
- Regular feedback and proposed process improvement based on experience
- Upskilling and training sessions
- Bi-weekly assigned reading or viewing of blogs, podcasts, webinars
- Ensuring tasks are properly closed
- End of Day/ Week reports required

**Qualifications / Experience Attributes / Competencies**:

- Exceptional team player
- Dedicated to learning
- Proficiency in admin duties
- At least 5 years of outbound sales experience, B2B would be an advantage
- Strong command for the English language coupled with good communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully hitting sales targets
- Should be goal oriented, competitive, and thrive under pressure
- Tech savvy, quick at learning new systems
