Network Security Administrator

International company is looking for a **FortiNet SD-WAN operational support/network administrator t**o join their dynamic team, It is initially a contract for 12 months and a hybrid position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operational support of existing network
- Identify Fortinet Firewall rules and referring to network team to implement
- Work closely with Account team
- Maintaining and supporting Fotrtinet SD WAN solutions
- Understanding and basic experience in network security
- Build, configure, troubleshoot, support Fortinet Frewalls and SD WAN
- Built firewalls and threat protection processes
- Administration and maintenance of the remote monitoring and management system.
- Follow change management and document processes for all computer systems and network infrastructure.
- Handle administrative duties to maintain good client and vendor relations.
- Create/update/maintain Fortinet DC network standards
- Monitor daily operations to ensure continuity of network service.
- Maintaining the high standards set out by the FortiNet SD-WAN platform
- Carry out repairs and maintenance, as well as dealing with things like patches and general management.
- Identify problems and tackle them in a coherent and efficient way
- Have a strong understanding of the platform, its core priorities and SD-WAN software

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years’ experience working in a networking or systems administration position managing Fortinet firewalls and SD Wan solutions.
- Must be detailed in documenting information and practice good follow through techniques.
- Fortinet Certified Associate (FCA) in Cybersecurity certification
- Firewall and Security
- Familiar with Fortinet security products
- Hands-on experience (administration and/or deployment) with Firewalls (Fortinet) and SDWAN technologies (Fortinet)
- Strong knowledge and experience of Fortinet firewall technologies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R38,000.00 - R45,000.00 per month
