As a Digital Marketing Specialist fluent in German, you will play a crucial role in our marketing team, collaborating closely with colleagues in the Southern Africa unit. Your responsibilities will include:
Conceptualizing and executing creative marketing campaigns tailored to our adventurous German-speaking target audience.

Overseeing online marketing agencies and freelancers in the German-speaking regions to ensure effective collaboration and results.

Developing visually appealing ads and brochures in German that showcase the unique experiences we offer.

Collaborating with colleagues to create targeted marketing plans based on customer journeys and personas of German-speaking travelers.

Utilizing Google Analytics and other tools to analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data insights.

Providing clear communication and project management in German to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Fluency in German (both written and verbal) is a must.

Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the travel industry.

Strong visual design skills and the ability to create engaging marketing collateral in German.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Experience working with Google Analytics (GA4) and interpreting campaign data.

Knowledge of AdWords and SEO best practices.

Passion for travel and ideally have visited Africa previously.
