**Job Description**:
Managing the AVAF Bankassurance strategy.

Interfacing with Internal and External Stakeholders.

Ensuring Targets and production numbers are met.

Commercials and Target setting is critical in the role.

Enabling the Regional sales teams with Support and campaign material.

Engage with OEMs, dealer Groups and alliances extracting value support across the VAF estate.

Enabling IT to support the business through automation.

( Require 4 years Strategic management capability, Bankassurance exposure a qualification is necessary.

Bcom Degree

People Management

Take responsibility for the effective management of others | Business Management: To provide specialist advice and support in assisting and deliver on business initiatives | Ensure that timelines are met: Manage team in such a way that deadlines are met.

Understands Project management and Change capability.

Proficient Communicator and Microsoft Package.

Education

Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
