**Key Responsibilities**:
**Technical Support**:

- Monitor system performance and report anomalies or potential issues.
- Assist in managing and validating data within the Blue Yonder SCPO platform.
- Support data integration and migration tasks, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with IT teams and 3rd party support vendor to identify and implement best practices and enhancements.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Understand the nightly batch runs in ControlM and manage support.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Blue Yonder SCPO and CATMAN software and its capabilities.
- Log calls on Blue Yonder portal for CATMAN related issues logged by business and follow to resolution.
- Arrange access and VM’s for new vendor support people.

**User Assistance**:

- Respond to user queries and support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand the business’ supply chain requirements and collaborate with the team to tailor SCPO solutions to meet their needs.
- Ensure high business satisfaction by delivering quality services and solutions

**Minimum requirements**

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE and job related REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma in Information Technology
- 1-2 years of IT service desk.
- Experience with Supply Chain managements systems or Blue Yonder SCPO is a plus but not required.
- Ability to analyse data, job runs and identify trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with users and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality work.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team (Internal and external vendor) and contribute to collective goals.
- Basic knowledge of SQL a plus
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
