- Industrial relations (Grievances, disputes, bargaining and CCMA)
- Process payroll information
- Compile monthly reports
- Administration, enquiries and employee queries
- Manage and process the exit interviews for staff
- Employment Equity Facilitation
- Skills and Development Facilitation

- Computer literate
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- No criminal record
