Sales Administrator

An established, dynamic and well-developed brand that is an international concern with branches across South Africa has an opportunity available for an experienced individual that specializes in Sales Administration. You will fulfill the role of a Sales Administrator within one of their branches based in Empangeni.

**You will be responsible for the following but not limited to -**

Loading contracts onto in-house system

Loading broadsheets

Maintaining of sales reports and contracts

Report on supplier promotions

Contribute positively towards achievement of sales team

Update data sheet used for quotations

Assist with contract queries

General Filing duties

Perform administration duties for the Sales management team

Daily Sales Reporting

Train, promote and assist reps in selling benefits of the system to customers

Assist in the training and setting up of the targeted customers’ initial shopping baskets, in tandem with the particular sales consultants

Assist customers and sales consultants with any technical or general challenges

Give regular accurate reporting on the progress/tracking of the team sales

Play a fundamental role in the budget process

Assist with retrieving of data required to complete tender documents

Take part in stock take.

**Qualifications**:
**Matric or equivalent**

Tertiary qualification Certificate / Diploma (Sales & Marketing, IT (System Admin))

MS Office (Advanced Excel skills required) & Great Plains will be adv.

Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience

**Salary**: R11,000.00 - R13,000.00 per month
