As part of expansion efforts, we are looking for an Assistant Real Estate Broker within the City Bowl and Luxury Sector.

Key Traits:
We are looking for a dynamic Rental Real Estate Assistant to partner up with one of the groups top Agents in Cape Town.

To really excel in this role, you will need to be:

- Passionate about sales
- Professional
- Goal orientated
- Organized
- Thrive under a high-pressured environment and enjoy interacting with clients
- Strong attention to detail

Key Skills include:

- Being reliable and proactive
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills

Key Requirements include:

- Own laptop
- Own Transportation
- Computer literacy -- experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Previous sales experience would be advantageous

Key Responsibilities include:

- Assisting clients, tenant enquiries and landlord requests
- Managing outdoor marketing strategies
- Assisting with digital marketing execution and strategy
- Business Development Management / Sales
- Maintaining a knowledge of inventory on the market

Remuneration: R8,000 - R10,000 per month with option of commission benefits
