**Who Are We?**

Regenize is an innovative recycling solution on a mission to make recycling more accessible, inclusive and rewarding.

We provide a freemium recycling collection service to households and reward them with Remali, our virtual currency. Remali is our behaviour change tool that incentives residents for recycling. Residents can use their Remali online to purchase airtime, data and grocery vouchers.

To perform the collection, we partner with informal collectors to perform the collection. We provide them with uniforms, recycling tricycles, and mobile devices that connect them to households that separate their waste. We’re also dignifying their role, and assisting them with getting bank cards, provide training on technology and customer service, getting a stable income, and access to PPE and micro-loans.

**Who Are We Looking For?**

Are you passionate about content creation and interested in using your skills to promote environmental sustainability? Regenize is seeking a creative and motivated Digital Content Creator Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-growing industry while contributing to meaningful projects that promote recycling and waste reduction. In order to qualify you need to have graduated between 2020 -2024 and currently be unemployed.

**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Create engaging visual content for social media, website, and other digital platforms.
- Design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and infographics to educate and inspire communities about the importance of recycling.
- Assist in the development of branding materials to maintain a cohesive and impactful brand image.
- Support the creation of multimedia content including videos and animations to communicate key messages effectively.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Recently graduated (latest 2020) from a degree program in in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
- Strong creative skills and attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Passion for environmental sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact on the planet.
