**Key Competencies**
- Opening files on internal system accurately
- Invoicing files
- Capturing sales, supplier and branch invoices on the Excel spreadsheets and internal system
- Ensuring files are not running at a loss
- Sending non invoiced file reports every second week to designated controllers
- Ensuring these reports are completed and necessary changes are made
- Doing request for payments and ensuring these are paid
- Updating the request for payment summary sheet when payments are received
- Informing the necessary people of payments made
- Updating branch creditors Journal
- Ensuring all invoices for your designated branches are received and captured
- Requesting missing branch invoices when sending Excel spreadsheets statements
- Do Pre-accounting and ensuring all aspects (accounts, grids and totals) are checked and all relevant printouts sent
- Check Other Creditors Journal and ensure all documents are sent
- Performing backup duties
- Interacting with other division (ERA Operation)
- To prepare monthly reports to Manager & Accounting Division
**Skills Required**:
- Ability to interpret and fully understand written and oral numerical information
- Ability to meet targets based on productivity and effectiveness
- Must be computer literate (good knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word)
- S/he must be able to work well under pressure and be able to relate well with people from a variety of backgrounds.
- Well Spoken English language and writing skills
- French speaking would be a plus
