- Effectively executing the administration and finance requirements of the Corporate Services Directorate;
- Acting as primary liaison between the Corporate Services Directorate and Financial Operations;
- Establishing and maintaining efficient administrative systems and control mechanisms to support the smooth running of the operations and ensure compliance with administrative and financial rules and procedures;
- Assisting with administrative duties as required;
- Enhancing, promoting and supporting team work in the Directorate.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanour and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to function independently and work in a team
- Self-starter, team player, disciplined and can handle pressure well
- Previous experience in admin/ finance required
- Self-motivated and dynamic
- Prepared to work long and irregular hours
- Systematic, comprehensive and displaying excellent attention to detail
- Self-starter who is assertive and takes initiative
- Must be able to display a can-do attitude
