**The Role**
To ensure effective functioning of the allocated In-Houses through the efficient management and control of all relevant resources in line with SOP’s.

To organise and monitor the sites and staff in accordance to organizational standards and requirements.

To ensure that customer as well as statutory and regulatory requirements are met.

To plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the In-houses and staff on customer premises to maintain and enhance customer relationships and to meet organisational, administrational and operational objectives.

To ensure that the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS) are consistently complied with (implemented, maintained and improved).

**OBJECTIVES**
- Staff Management.
- Processes and Procedures on site.
- Effective resource management.
- Fleet and Collection vehicle management.
- Client escalations.
- HSE / Mysheq.
- Billing reports.
- New client on-boarding setup & go live.
- Ownership of delegation and instruction.

**Skills and Experience** Minimum**:

- Proven working experience as an Operations Manager.
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience with customer service software, databases and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements (In the case of distributing pharmaceutical products, South African Good Wholesaling Practice for Wholesalers).

**Must have own reliable vehicle and valid license - due to required traveling.**
